With 20 years of experience, Shana can boast the perfect mix of “best practices” with every client. Her vast experience includes positions as a media buyer, sales and marketing director, and working as the director of BayFest, Alabama’s Largest Music Festival. Shana’s true passion lies in marketing for diverse companies and events. Her knowledge of both traditional and digital media proves invaluable when working with clients. A Mobile native, Shana enjoys being a part of the community and local organizations. She graduated from the University of South Alabama (USA) with a B.A. in Communications. She has worked with the Salvation Army on holiday campaigns, USA's Marketing Advisory Board, and joined the Mobile Convention & Visitors Bureau on trips soliciting business to the city. She is currently a board member of the Mobile International Festivals, the Mobile County Health Department’s “Women Making a Difference Committee,” and the Alumni Association at USA.
Maggie Robertson

Maggie has extensive experience in event planning, management, and customer service for both public and private entities including events with up to 15,000 attendees. From weddings to corporate meetings and major conferences, she has planned hundreds of events throughout her career. Maggie's professional experience in Mobile comes from years of working at the Saenger Theatre, the Mobile Convention and Civic centers, and Space 101. She graduated from Ole Miss in a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, and is currently pursuing a an MBA at Spring Hill College. As a passionate Mobilian, she is an "I Am Mobile!" Visit Mobile Tourism Ambassador, on the Branch Advisory Council of the Moorer YMCA, and chairs both the Programs and Fundraising Committees.

Consultant & Director of Development

Richard brings over 8 years of professional fundraising experience, working with small nonprofits and higher education institutions, both public and private. In this capacity, he has secured annual, major, and legacy gifts and managed alumni events of all sizes. He has worked on many public initiatives, most notably Florida State University’s 1 billion dollars “Raise the Torch” capital campaign. He is proud to have launched the “Be a Saint” campaign for St. Francis Wildlife Sanctuary in Tallahassee, FL to upgrade facilities and bring greater visibility to its mission. A lover of the arts, Richard performs with the Mobile Symphony Orchestra, Pensacola Symphony Orchestra, and Sinfonia Gulf Coast (Destin, FL). Richard completed his undergraduate studies in Music Performance from Florida State University and is pursuing a Masters’ in Business Administration degree from Spring Hill College.

Digital Media & Copywrite Coordinator

Sydney graduated from the University of South Alabama in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications and a minor in Applied Statistics. While finishing her degree, she worked with LAGNiAPPE Marketing and Strategic Design, a virtual advertising agency, as their Digital Media Coordinator, running the social media accounts for a multi-million dollar company. After graduation, Sydney and her husband briefly moved to Minnesota, where she worked for a small advertising agency on projects primarily focusing on copywriting and social media management for various 3M™ departments. Their love for Mobile brought them back a year later and since then, Sydney has enjoyed freelancing and helping various small businesses throughout the city reach their short and long-term marking goals.
